Stand-alone cameras may only be brought and mobile device camera features may only be used during practice rounds (Monday through Wednesday) and only for personal photographic use. No photography is permitted in the presence of a player from the time she addresses the ball until the completion of her swing (i.e., when a marshal’s arms are raised). Video and audio recoding are not permitted at any time with any device. Violation of any of these terms herein may result in immediate expulsion and loss of ticket/credential privileges for the remainder of the championship.

The USGA is committed to providing a positive and user-friendly experience for all spectators with disabilities and is pleased to provide the following services:

  • Assigned accessible paved parking location for all vehicles having appropriate HD/DP license plates or placards. Lift accessible ADA parking and transportation services will be provided from the Burle Business Park. Please see additional Parking and Transportation section of this guide.
  • Our Disabled Services Committee will be on-site to assist disabled spectators with transportation to and from Disabled Services Headquarters (located just inside the Main Spectator Admissions Gate), and specific grandstand locations and facilities throughout the golf course via multi-person golf carts.
  • A number of motorized scooters will be available at the Disabled Services Headquarters located just inside the Main Spectator Admission Gate for spectators with disabilities on a first-come, first-served basis, compliments of the USGA and Pride Mobility.
  • Accessible restrooms will be available at portable restroom locations throughout the championship grounds.
  • Select concessions, merchandise tents and spectator experience areas will be accessible.

First-aid stations will be located just inside the Main Spectator Admission Gate and at a second location out on the championship course. Please see the course map located on the daily groupings and starting times sheets and on signage boards for exact locations. All first-aid stations will be staffed with emergency medical technicians and will serve as cooling station in the event of extreme heat. Complimentary water will be provided in all first-aid stations. If a medical emergency arises, please notify a volunteer or USGA official.

Spectators may carry mobile devices smaller that 7” in length and/or height including Cellphones, Smartphones and PDA’s. All device volume controls must be set to “silent” or “vibrate” at all times. Phone calls must be received or placed only in designated “Phone Zones” located around the golf course. Phone calls must not be received or placed in any area that may disrupt play including grandstands. Use of approved devices for photographs must fall within the camera/photography policy. Video and audio recording are not permitted at any time with any device. Texting and email are permissible throughout all areas of the golf course but should NOT disrupt players. Violation of any of these terms herein may result in immediate expulsion and loss of ticket/credential privileges for the remainder of the championship.

Complimentary parking and shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Lancaster Country Club for all spectators. For the week of the U.S. Women’s Open Championship (July 6-12), all general spectators traveling by car who have not received a specific parking lot permit should follow instructions to Park City Center in Lancaster, Pa. General ticket holders are encouraged to carpool as much as possible.

Shuttles will run continuously beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 10, and beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, and Sunday, July 12. For disabled spectators, hard service parking will be available at Park City Center. Lift accessible ADA parking and transportation services will be provided from the Burle Business Park. Vehicles having valid HD/DP license plates or placards are only allowed at the Burle Business Park. All other championship parking is by parking pass only. There is no spectator or disabled parking in the immediate vicinity of Lancaster Country Club. Parking restrictions surrounding the championship grounds and in the immediate neighborhoods surrounding the club will be closely monitored and enforced. Due to the daily daylight closure of Route 23 (New Holland Pike), there will be no spectator walking traffic on Route 23 (New Holland Pike) from either northbound and/or southbound Route 23.

Groups of spectators arriving at the championship by private coach, bus and/or minibus must contact the Women’s Open Championship Office by phone at 717-406-3654 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, or by email at info@2015uswomensopen.com.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation with all the U.S. Women’s Open security procedures. Spectators and other championship attendees will go through security screening prior to entering the championship grounds and will not be allowed to bring any of the items listed below. To expedite admissions into the championship, it is recommended that all prohibited items be safely stowed prior to arriving at the championship.

Please be sure to read the following list of prohibited items carefully:
  • No Weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to frearms or knives)
  • No Explosives and/or Fireworks of any kind
  • No Tablets and/or Computers (cellular mobile devices less than 7” are permitted)
  • No Noise Producing Devices (including portable speakers)
  • No Cameras (other than Monday through Wednesday for personal photographic use)
    Note: Use of cameras and mobile device camera features must follow the photography policy.
  • No Video and/or Audio Recording at any time with any device
  • No Backpacks, Briefcases and/or Bags larger than 6”W x 6”H x 6”D in their natural state
    Note: Transparent/clear plastic hand and shoulder bags no larger than 12”W x 12”H x 6” D are permitted
  • No Pets (other than service animals assisting disabled individuals)
  • No Lawn Chairs and/or Oversized Chairs with Arms (compact chairs without arms are permitted with no case)
  • No Ladders and/or Step Stools or other similar items
  • No Bicycles allowed inside admission areas or on the championship grounds
  • No Metal-Spiked Golf Shoes
  • No other items deemed unlawful, dangerous or disruptive by the USGA and/or Championship Security Personnel, in their sole discretion.
    Note: The USGA reserves the right to amend the list of Prohibited Items at any time to provide a safe and secure championship

The Admission Sales and Will Call Office will be located immediately outside the Main Spectator Admissions Gate at Lancaster Country Club. This office will provide daily Junior complimentary tickets for children 17 years of age and younger. Spectators may also drop-off and pick-up tickets for other guests. Photo identification will be required to pick-up any tickets left at the Admissions Sales and Will Call Office. Vehicles cannot access this on-site office facility at any time.

Hours of Operation

Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 10 – 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday, July 11 to Sunday, July 12 – 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Available on a daily basis beginning Monday, July 6, 2015
  • Persons age 17 and under will be allowed complimentary admission on a daily basis when accompanied by a credentialed (ticket or badge) adult.
  • Junior tickets can be obtained on a daily basis from the Admission Sales & Will Call office just outside the Main Spectator Admissions Gate.
  • There is no vehicular traffic access available to the Admission Sales & Will Call office in obtaining a junior ticket. Juniors should accompany properly credentialed adults to the General Public Parking and/or private parking lots, whereupon a complimentary shuttle service will drop them just outside the Main Spectator Admissions Gate.
  • Junior tickets will be granted access to the 1761 Club with an accompanying properly credentialed adult. Though due to the entertainment nature of this upgraded experience, children of a very young age are not encouraged.
  • Junior tickets do not provide access to any Corporate Hospitality venue throughout the grounds of Lancaster Country Club for the 2015 U.S. Women’s Open.
